1 full celery bunch (and/or 1 cucumber)
5-8 kale or spinach leaves
1 green apple
inch of ginger

1/2 a cucumber
1 cup of your favorite berries(frozen work well)
1 handful of spinach
1 TBSP of spirulina
1 cup filtered water or coconut water
