What led you to become a colonic therapist?

Colonic hydrotherapy made such a difference in my life, I wanted to learn as much as I could about it initially. Then I decided I wanted to add this therapy to the list of other things I do to support others on their healing journey.

What did you do before you became a colonic therapist?

I worked in and continue to work in the financial industry, and teach yoga. I’m also a singer/songwriter and since becoming a therapist became a certified clinical nutritionist.

What has been your greatest reward as a colonic therapist?

Discovering an even deeper awareness of/connection to my body, mind and spirit.

What is the most valuable lesson you’ve learned from this work?

That there are many aspects to healing and it’s their combination that creates the healing we desire.

What myth would you like to dispel about colonics?

There’s no need to fear colonics. It’s a bath for your colon. It can help bring us to balance.
